I provide educators, schools, and school districts with high quality advice, guidance, and training, and policy and program development and technical assistance relating to race relations in schools. Among my services are the following:
- Identifying and addressing the issues and problems contributing to racial conflicts, polarization, and other forms of intergroup tensions.
- Understanding and establishing the essential conditions needed for generating positive race and intergroup relations among students and staff, while enhancing educational equity and preventing racial isolation in schools.
- Employing practical steps needed to apply the social-psychological and educational model for providing students a safe, inclusive, and educationally equitable learning environment.
